ENNER PIECE MUSIC: BRINGING BACK NORTHWEST HIP-HOP
Since the times of ” Baby Got Back ” and the wonder lyrics of Kid Sensation, the pacific northwest are yet to erupt and blast into the music industry with explosive artist, producers and just a hip-hop structure in General. Never the less, true hip hop heads cannot forget industry driven producers from the area such as Jake One, Vatamin D and Bean One that are starting to pave the way and give the rainy state a network for music production. We recently stumbled apon a duo set that is starting to cause a stir of roars in the northwest state.
Meet Enner Piece Music, the production team was created by two members Dj Semaj who was born in Germany and Raised here in the tacoma area and Enstrumental who was born in Seattle but resides here in Tacoma also. Being new to the production scene, Enner Piece is starting to make a big impact on the hip-hop music scene here in Tacoma. With projects such as “Mixed Bizness”, “Back on my Grizzly”, “Beer Money”, and “Tacoma Takeover Vol. 1”, and “Tacoma Takeover Vol. 2” being the groups popular street mixtapes, things are already looking up. Focusing more on producing good hip-hop music, the duo seems to sometimes find themselves wrapped around so much good music it becomes unbearable. “Our main goal is to make Washington a bubbler for hip-hop artist. Ultimately we just want to be known as producer extraordinaire. We just want to make beautiful Music,” says 22 year old Enstrumental.Still in search of an Emcee that can bless their music with the right touch.
The group later reached out to Manageer and CEO of Head High Entertainment Blak Mic, who brought the infamous duo to the attention of underground hip hop in the Tacoma and Seattle area. ” I was always into hip hop in a major way, but never had i heard music so original, clean and catchy. I knew right away that the two would one day be apart of hip-hop history, they made me love music that much more. ” says the 24 year old Entreupenuer. Lately the buzz of Enner Piece’s hip hop soultry beats has caught hears of many local and out of state rappers as well. With producers like 9th wonder, Kanye West and The Alchemist being main influences for their music, this duo seems to take the little that they have to create music and produce a classic, unheard form of hip hop.” We dont want to become commercial right away, we feel
