Basement Elevation Magazine is in the process of looking for Independent Hip Hop, R&B/Soul, Reggae and Rap Artists wanting to promote themselves in our monthly Underground Hip Hop magazine. Basement Elevation Magazine is a full color magazine (launching in September) that will be distributed all over.
