Q & A With EveryDay
This blog entry is dedicated to those who are tired of reading things that are in essence fictional (cough) Politics (cough). Fiction does have its place in literature and in the movies. Aren’t you tired on AA literature being full of the same type of characters having sex? Well we shouldn’t be tired of the “Sex” part. But most of these fiction books have very little substance too them. They are fantasy created from the Harlequin mode, which is quite frankly odd. Why have AA copied the Caucasians on this is beyond me? After you have read one or two of these types of books reading any others is a waste of time. I do understand that American’s do love wasting their time, but there are better ways of doing so. The Non-Fiction books are boring, mildly humorous, and we are all sick of them. What is this “Based on a true story” crap? As far as I am concerned that phrase means we started off with a true story and then we started making op stuff! EveryDay Life is Different.
I wont lie to you America is in a very bad position. Obama has to be the bravest man in America right now. Heck I couldn’t do what he’s is doing and I don’t know if I would want the job either. It was time for change years ago, so Obama if you are reading this …”They are setting you Up for failure!”—-Message. And for those thinking that Reparations are coming…It ain’t gonna happen! Do you want to know why? The answer is within, within the pages of EveryDay Life that is.
EveryDay Life was written in 2006 and will be published in 2008. What makes EDL different from the books before it? (Hand Clap) Reviewers…
"Genre Defining!", "5 Stars!"
EDL is not shackled by the term Politically Correct. EDL does not care if it is popular. It does not care if it is in your top 8, or if you give if 5 mics. EDL does not have a tattoo. EveryDay Life is honest. Yes you can label it African-American Literature, but if we are being honest it is American Literature. I won’t say that EDL is one of the most important literature works of the 21st Century, but maybe it is.
Why do some EveryDay Life books have a Parental Advisory Sticker on in?
Why do the Netherlands have a copy of EveryDay Life?
Why is EveryDay Life in the Hip-Hop Album section?
Why would a book in the Hip-Hop section be important to Larry Elder?
Maybe it’s just me but if 80% of America’s oil is form America, why does what OPEC does affect our fuel prices so much?
If we have a billion gallons in oil reserves why not give it to the American Public?
If 30 billion fewer gallons have been purchased this year, how is that the oil companies are still making record profits?
Have you figured it out yet? ... We are being lied to. EveryDay Life is the Answer.
And now Q&A with EveryDay Life:
Q: Is EDL about the Ghetto?
A: Of Course.
Q: Does EDL have midgets and drug deals in it?
A: Sure it does.
Q: So why should I read it?
A: EDL is the most potent verse to drop in Hip-Hop history. EveryDay Life is what rap used to be confrontational, informative, in your face story-telling. EDL is the future of Hip-Hop.
Q: How is it important what political party an actor belongs to?
A: (Laughing) It isn’t.
