Shoot the Rapper Banner Game
How can 50 cent be sueing Traffix Inc. for their Shoot the Rapper banner game? Didn’t he just get $100 Million from the sale of Vitamin Water? The banner screen grab that I found online looks more like Ja Rule or Will Smith unless 50 wears white headbands now.

50 Cent’s lawyer, Peter Raymond, says the Shoot the Rapper game doesn’t use 50 Cent’s name, but “it looks like him, and there’s no doubt the character is intended to be him.” 50 Cent sued the Internet advertising company, Traffix Inc. of Pearl River, NY, for $1 million Friday, claiming it illegally used his image in a game where the player pretends to shoot him.
The game was shown as an advertisement on Myspace and was called “Shoot the Rapper,” where it shows a character walking back and forth in an ad across the top of a Web page while the viewer is encouraged to shoot him by aiming and clicking with their mouse.
