So, yesterday I finally caught a few hours to indulge in one of my favorite pastimes - going to the movies. For obvious reasons, I dropped the Lincoln on the barbershop topic of the week, American Gangster.

With the popcorn butter still fresh on my fingertips, I practically walked out of the theater directly to the G5.

Originally, I wrote a drawn out piece about the strengths and weaknesses of the movie, but than I nixed it when I read it today and realized I’m not Ebert or Roeper. Instead of giving thumbs, stars, or claiming it the next Godfather, I think I can sum my opinion up in one sentence.
