Reports that rapper Michael "Mystikal" Tyler had been released from prison are false. Earlier this week, several Web sites reported that Mystikal had been released from prison, three years into his six year sentence for 2004's sexual battery and extortion case. The confusion stems from a separate tax offense charge for which he was serving an extra year concurrently, was completed.
