On Fox News's infamous O'Reilly Factor, anchor Bill O'Reilly squarely aims his
anti-everything-brown stance at Nas and his supposedly “violent” lyrics and
“violent” past (he cites a misdemeanor gun charge as proof). His trusted
strategy in trying to topple one rapper after another usually involves a panel
of diametrically opposed commentators shouting at each other until he can
interject with brawny shouts of his own. The result is a confusing raucous
jumble of sound bytes that make the average viewer cringe at the shrill nature
of rap music and its critics.
