Looks like some scrub DJ from Chicago that no one ever heard of has been using the name longer, and has the rights to it. Now the "real" DJ Drama (of Gansta Grillz fame) has his album on the shelf until the legalities are sorted out. How much worse a year can this guy possibly have?
