Tony Yayo was arrested in New York on Saturday afternoon on charges of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Police would not confirm the identity of the child or when the incident took place, but Cynthia Reed — who, with Game's manager, Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond, is the parent of a 14-year-old boy — claims that her son is the injured party. The boy identified Yayo (real name: Marvin Bernard) to police as his attacker on Saturday, and that the incident was sparked by the boy wearing a T-shirt bearing the logo of Czar Entertainment, Rosemond's company; there has been a long-running conflict between Game and G-Unit since the two parties acrimoniously parted ways in 2005.
