Arizona Bill would allow Counties to Crack Down on Graffiti
Under a bill that has passed the House and is on its way to the Senate, Arizona counties would be freed from state restrictions officials say prevent them from cracking down on graffiti. In Tucson, retailers are restricted from selling graffiti tools to minors, and the paraphernalia must be locked away or within sight of store workers.
