CCTV Cameras Target Graffiti Perpetrators
Technology firm COE Group and security specialist ADT are to trial a new system designed to automatically detect criminals spraying graffiti. COE's X-Net VI analytics and scene analysis software will be used in conjunction with CCTV cameras at Clapham Junction railway station in an attempt to counter repeated spraying of tags on walls and billboards around the station. Someone needs to spray down the cameras.
