Since I’ve been to the “show” a couple of times. The one thing I know is that you never ever buy a house until your career gets to point where you’re putting out live albums. Many, many hip hop artists make this mistake. They need someone to really explain to them how to do this properly.

Mismanagement of money can really screw you over. Well, many people think that every time some artist gets signed, they’re immediately rich. Just doesn’t happen that way.
